Planning
The planning of the projects development and progression is described below:
Project requirements: explicit and implicit
Identification of stages or phases of the project
Identification of the inputs and outputs for each phase
Phase progression conditions
Identification of the required tools for the design, the developments, and the tests
Project team identification
Definition and attribution of responsibilities for each team member
Project planning.
The expression of these requirements is defined in the quality plan and the project development plan. The management of project risk is considered in the planning.
Safety and confidentiality
TELNET will assume the responsibility for the following safety and confidentiality actions:
Safety of the network:
Isolation of the LAN and implementation of Firewall. The method and the techniques which will be used are studied jointly with our partners.
Protection of the intellectual property:
TELNET has a firm position with respect to the intellectual property. All the TELNET personal adhere to the intellectual properties protection guide specific to the partners.
