TELNET HOLDING held its Open Day 2011
For the 2011 edition of the Open Day (JPO 2011), TELNET HOLDING officials decided to resume the original concept, one that made the success and notoriety of the event. Indeed, the concept adopted in 2010 did not last long, this despite its relative success, mainly in terms of optimization of the methodology of student’s selection, post-JPO recruitment process. The JPO 2011 for his part suggested a mix between the two concepts: Presentations and discussions at the conference room of the El Ghazala Technology Park and a visit properly guided to the Telnet Technocentre, an option that has added more content and optimized the Open Day 2011. Activities and crafts now known to students and recent graduates; Mr. Mohamed FRIKHA reserved most of his speech to the outlook for the company, first by referring to the new locations announced in the U.S., Germany and United Arab Emirates and the positive impact that this geographic expansion should have on the careers of employees in terms of international mobility, then Mr. FRIKHA focused on the future direction of product strategy that TELNET is already focused on product engineering and manufacturing, finally returning to the continuous innovation strategy adopted by TELNET HOLDING and structures dedicated to develop it. Mr. Selim Jaidane, Human Resources Director, for his part reiterated the growing need for TELNET recruitment and skills to cope with the sustained expansion of the group. Indeed, a recruitment of 100 engineers has already started for 2011... with a view to reach the 1000 employees for end 2014.     |
