Closure and thanks

Telnet Holding is pleased to announce the closing of its initial public offering on 2070000 shares at a price of 5,800 Tunisian dinars, which was subscribed 3.2 times.
She would like to thank all its new shareholders for their confidence and interest in this operation, and welcome them.
The thanks also go to the financial market authorities, including the CMF, the Tunis Stock Exchange, the financial institutions, brokers, fund managers, as well as AXIS BOURSE and AFC Intermediate responsible for introducing Telnet Holding to the Stock Exchange for their contribution to the success of this operation.
She announced that the first listing for Telnet Holding title on the first market of Tunis Stock Exchange will be Monday, May 23rd, 2011.
